Laure Feld brings decades of entrepreneurial and financial expertise to her role as agency owner at Feld-Miller Agency. After founding and managing a successful print and photo shop—and later leading a mortgage brokerage that helped families across Central Illinois achieve their home-buying dreams—she turned her financial savvy to insurance, offering clients a more comprehensive way to protect their assets.
As agency owner, Laure steers a Best in Company team and partners with clients to deliver service experiences that exceed expectations. She’s driven by creating a level of customer care that sets her agency apart and fosters lasting loyalty.
Her career is distinguished by numerous Allstate honors—Elite Agent, Best in Company, and Top 100 designations—as well as global travel awards that have broadened her perspective on client needs and industry best practices.
Outside the office, Laure is a devoted dog mom to her two toy Schnauzers, an avid fisher and boating enthusiast on Central Illinois waterways, and a hands-on home renovation enthusiast—passions that mirror her commitment to craftsmanship, community, and making every detail count.
Sonia brings a diverse background to her role as Agency Manager at Feld-Miller Agency. She enlisted in the Illinois Army National Guard in 2009 at 17, serving until 2016. During her time in the Guard, she held two Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): 42A Human Resources Specialist and 27D Paralegal Specialist. In these roles, she gained valuable experience managing personnel and legal support, including handling security clearances and compliance as a full-time federal technician for three years.
After transitioning to the public sector, Sonia gained experience in both real estate and property management in Central Illinois, between 2016 and 2018, contributing to both fields during that period. She joined Feld-Miller Agency in 2018, initially as a full-time sales agent. Over time, Sonia transitioned into a hybrid role, excelling in service skills and processes, before taking on the position of Agency Manager. In this capacity, she oversees a team of about 20 employees and focuses on fostering individual and career growth.
With a passion for helping others develop skills, Sonia is dedicated to the health and growth of the agency, actively working with the agency owner to ensure ongoing success and continued development.
John brings a strong financial background and collaborative leadership to his role as Sales Manager at the agency. After eight years in dealership financing—where he honed his ability to connect with customers and exceeded sales goals—he returned to insurance to focus on helping families protect what matters most.
In his current position, John works hand‑in‑hand with agency leadership to implement and monitor sales and service processes, ensuring every client interaction is both efficient and empathetic. He’s motivated by the peace of mind that proper coverage brings when the unthinkable happens.
Earlier in his career as a salesman, John won two national sales contests—proof of his competitive drive and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, you’ll find him hosting game nights, organizing social events, or mixing cocktails behind the bar, all in service of bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.
Sandy brings a strong background in healthcare operations and a passion for clear communication to her role at the agency. After running dietary departments in assisted living and rehab/nursing home facilities, she sought a more rewarding career with benefits—and found her calling in insurance.
As a customer service representative, Sandy specializes in payment and billing assistance and policy reviews. She loves breaking down complex insurance concepts so clients truly understand their coverage and feel confident in their choices. Sandy’s favorite moments come when she resolves a billing issue or clarifies a policy detail—and hears the genuine gratitude and relief in her clients’ voices.
Outside of work, Sandy is devoted to her large family and an avid reader. She enjoys discovering clients’ hobbies—whether it’s their favorite author or family traditions—and often finds common ground that turns a routine call into a warm, personal connection.
Will brings an advisor-first mindset, contagious positivity, and a genuine sense of care to his role at the agency. With a background in trust-based sales and experience in both personal lines and life insurance, he approaches every conversation with the goal of protecting people and their families—not simply selling policies.
As a licensed insurance professional, Will focuses on auto, home, and life insurance, helping clients understand their options and choose coverage that fits their needs, values, and long-term goals. He’s known for making insurance feel approachable and clear, giving clients confidence in their decisions and peace of mind in their protection.

Katie brings a creative precision and heartfelt dedication to her role as Property Inspections & Claims Specialist. Trained as a baker with a culinary arts degree, she pivoted into insurance during the 2020 pandemic—drawn by the chance to continue serving others in a new way.
In her current position, Katie single‑handedly manages all property inspections and supports clients through the claims process. She’s driven by helping people resolve difficult situations and by ensuring every client knows we’re here to guide them every step of the way.

Chyna brings a nurturing, educational background and a flair for genuine connection to her role at the agency. After several years as an assistant preschool teacher—a career she loved—she pivoted to insurance during the pandemic, drawn by the opportunity to continue helping others in a new way.
As a Senior Sales Producer, Chyna is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, advising clients on the coverages that best fit their needs. She’s most motivated when she can solve a problem for a customer—whether that’s securing a critical policy or uncovering options they didn’t know existed.

Outside of work, Chyna is a devoted mother, an avid runner, and a voracious reader—hobbies that keep her grounded and remind her that empathy and resilience start at home.
Nicole brings a strong background in healthcare administration and business consulting to her role at the agency. Before entering insurance, she spent more than a decade working on the administrative side of a major medical group and later served as a marketing and management consultant for small businesses and private medical practices. Her transition into insurance happened during the COVID era when the opportunity presented itself—and she quickly discovered a fulfilling career that allows her passion for helping people to truly shine.
As a Senior Sales Agent, Nicole’s specialty is client education. She believes that when people truly understand their insurance—what they have, how it works, and when it protects them—they can make confident decisions that go far beyond simply choosing the lowest price. Her focus is helping clients protect what matters most, especially in life’s worst-case scenarios.

Josh Faulkner brings decades of sales leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and a passion for developing others to his role as Director of Sales at the agency. Prior to entering insurance, Josh opened and built a successful loan company and worked in automotive sales and sales management—experiences that sharpened his ability to lead teams, build trust, and help people make important financial decisions.
As Director of Sales, Josh focuses on coaching and developing agents, guiding them through effective sales conversations, creating personalized action plans, and holding them accountable to their goals. He embraces a servant leadership philosophy, believing that his role is to equip others with the tools, confidence, and support they need to succeed.
Josh’s greatest professional pride comes from mentoring new agents and helping them discover their own potential. Early in his career, he stepped up to coach and lead a group of agents who lacked direction, and seeing their growth and success solidified his passion for helping others thrive.

Kyla brings a strong background in organization, customer care, and hospitality to her role at the agency. Before entering the insurance industry, she worked as an administrative assistant supporting document management and day-to-day office operations. Prior to that, she spent several years in hospitality, where she developed the adaptability, composure, and customer service skills that continue to shape her approach with clients today.
As a Customer Service Representative, Kyla focuses on new customer onboarding, policy reviews, and ensuring every client interaction is a positive one. Daniel brings more than six years of industry experience and a thoughtful, prevention-focused approach to his role as Senior Sales Producer at the agency. Before entering insurance, he worked on aircraft for a major airline, where precision, accountability, and anticipating problems before they happen were essential. That same mindset now guides the way he helps clients evaluate risk and strengthen their coverage.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Daniel is known for taking the time to make insurance clear and approachable.
