She’s knowledgeable, intelligent, and easy to speak with. She made this process so very easy for me it was a welcoming process. I felt no pressure and she stayed on top of things throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for anything other than what she provided for me and this process. If anything like this should happen again (Lord forbid) I would definitely love for her to handle it.
