Laure Feld

Agency Owner

Laure Feld brings decades of entrepreneurial and financial expertise to her role as agency owner at Feld-Miller Agency. After founding and managing a successful print and photo shop—and later leading a mortgage brokerage that helped families across Central Illinois achieve their home-buying dreams—she turned her financial savvy to insurance, offering clients a more comprehensive way to protect their assets.

As agency owner, Laure steers a Best in Company team and partners with clients to deliver service experiences that exceed expectations. She’s driven by creating a level of customer care that sets her agency apart and fosters lasting loyalty.

Her career is distinguished by numerous Allstate honors—Elite Agent, Best in Company, and Top 100 designations—as well as global travel awards that have broadened her perspective on client needs and industry best practices.

Outside the office, Laure is a devoted dog mom to her two toy Schnauzers, an avid fisher and boating enthusiast on Central Illinois waterways, and a hands-on home renovation enthusiast—passions that mirror her commitment to craftsmanship, community, and making every detail count.

Sonia Greeson

Agency Manager and Sales Coach

Sonia brings a diverse background to her role as Agency Manager at Feld-Miller Agency. She enlisted in the Illinois Army National Guard in 2009 at 17, serving until 2016. During her time in the Guard, she held two Military Occupational Specialties (MOS): 42A Human Resources Specialist and 27D Paralegal Specialist. In these roles, she gained valuable experience managing personnel and legal support, including handling security clearances and compliance as a full-time federal technician for three years.

After transitioning to the public sector, Sonia gained experience in both real estate and property management in Central Illinois, between 2016 and 2018, contributing to both fields during that period. She joined Feld-Miller Agency in 2018, initially as a full-time sales agent. Over time, Sonia transitioned into a hybrid role, excelling in service skills and processes, before taking on the position of Agency Manager. In this capacity, she oversees a team of about 20 employees and focuses on fostering individual and career growth.

With a passion for helping others develop skills, Sonia is dedicated to the health and growth of the agency, actively working with the agency owner to ensure ongoing success and continued development.

Betty Merz

Senior Sales Producer

Betty brings a unique blend of healthcare expertise and client advocacy to her role at the agency. After several years as a respiratory therapist—where she helped patients safeguard their health—she transitioned into insurance so she could continue protecting people’s well‑being and investments.

As a sales agent, Betty specializes in guiding customers toward the right coverages and making sure they’re fully protected when it’s time to file a claim. During her tenure at a previous agency, her results‑driven approach earned her both Sales Agent of the Year and Sales Manager of the Year honors—proof that clear communication and empathy make all the difference.

Outside of work, Betty is a devoted grandmother who loves hunting, cruising, and quality time with family and friends. Her background as a caregiver informs everything she does at the agency, fueling her passion to ensure every client gets the best coverage possible.

Teela Markley

Hybrid Sales Producer & Retention Specialist

Teela brings a unique blend of life experience and industry expertise to her role at the agency. After more than 20 years in the culinary and hospitality world, she transitioned into insurance four years ago following a serious car accident and challenging recovery. That personal experience underscored for Teela the importance of having the right coverage and an advocate who truly cares—motivating her to become licensed so she could guide others through difficult times.

Within the agency, Teela splits her time between the sales and customer service teams, with a special focus on assisting clients through auto total-loss claims. She prides herself on clear communication and compassion, ensuring every client understands their options and feels supported at every step.

Outside of work, Teela is a devoted mother of three, including a special-needs child who continually inspires her with fresh perspectives on resilience and peace of mind. She carries that same dedication into her professional life, helping families feel confident and protected under their policies.

Eli Farrar

Senior Sales Producer

Eli brings more than a decade of Allstate representation at locations nationwide to his role as Senior Sales Agent at the agency. His deep community roots in East Peoria stem from a genuine love of building local relationships—and a belief that insurance should fit both lifestyle and budget.

Within the agency, Eli consistently helps more clients than any other agent, earning him multiple Century Club Awards with our team and marking him as one of our top producers. He’s known for seeing the “big picture”—assessing both immediate needs and long‑term goals—and for mentoring colleagues on best practices and clear, compassionate communication.

Outside of work, Eli’s faith is his foundation. He’s devoted to his dog, Ruffles, and recharges by casting a line on quiet fishing trips. That same patience and dedication guide every client conversation, ensuring each family feels heard, supported, and confidently protected.

Sandra Kennedy

Billing and Retention Specialist

Sandy brings a strong background in healthcare operations and a passion for clear communication to her role at the agency. After running dietary departments in assisted living and rehab/nursing home facilities, she sought a more rewarding career with benefits—and found her calling in insurance.

As a customer service representative, Sandy specializes in payment and billing assistance and policy reviews. She loves breaking down complex insurance concepts so clients truly understand their coverage and feel confident in their choices. Sandy’s favorite moments come when she resolves a billing issue or clarifies a policy detail—and hears the genuine gratitude and relief in her clients’ voices.

Outside of work, Sandy is devoted to her large family and an avid reader. She enjoys discovering clients’ hobbies—whether it’s their favorite author or family traditions—and often finds common ground that turns a routine call into a warm, personal connection.

Chyna Encarnacion

Senior Sales Producer

Chyna brings a nurturing, educational background and a flair for genuine connection to her role at the agency. After several years as an assistant preschool teacher—a career she loved—she pivoted to insurance during the pandemic, drawn by the opportunity to continue helping others in a new way.

As a Senior Sales Producer, Chyna is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, advising clients on the coverages that best fit their needs. She’s most motivated when she can solve a problem for a customer—whether that’s securing a critical policy or uncovering options they didn’t know existed.

Her proudest achievement is the growth she’s made in building genuine rapport: what once felt like small talk now feels like friendly conversation, and those deep client relationships are a testament to her authenticity and perseverance.

Outside of work, Chyna is a devoted mother, an avid runner, and a voracious reader—hobbies that keep her grounded and remind her that empathy and resilience start at home.

John Jasberg

Sales Manager and Coach

John brings a strong financial background and collaborative leadership to his role as Sales Manager at the agency. After eight years in dealership financing—where he honed his ability to connect with customers and exceeded sales goals—he returned to insurance to focus on helping families protect what matters most.

In his current position, John works hand‑in‑hand with agency leadership to implement and monitor sales and service processes, ensuring every client interaction is both efficient and empathetic. He’s motivated by the peace of mind that proper coverage brings when the unthinkable happens.

Earlier in his career as a salesman, John won two national sales contests—proof of his competitive drive and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, you’ll find him hosting game nights, organizing social events, or mixing cocktails behind the bar, all in service of bringing people together and creating memorable experiences.

Amy Chrisenberry

Service Manager and Sales Coach

Amy brings a service‑driven mindset and 25 years of client‑focused experience to her role at the agency. She started her career waiting tables at a country club—until an agency owner recognized her intelligence and recruited her into insurance. From day one, Amy knew she’d found her calling in helping people protect their assets and their futures.

As Service Manager and Sales Manager/Training Assistant, Amy wears two hats with equal passion. She keeps the service team on track—overseeing policy reviews, customer retention, and satisfaction—and works alongside new sales team members to set them up for success. Amy’s greatest motivation is educating clients in plain language, building relationships that make them feel like family, and hearing that “thank you” when she turns a complex policy into peace of mind.

Outside of work, Amy is an avid hiker, swimmer, reader, crafter, and self‑proclaimed foodie. Her diverse interests give her extra points of connection with clients—whether she’s swapping trail tips, book recommendations, or favorite recipes—so every conversation feels genuine and every client feels understood.

Katie Alford-Golojuch

Property & Claims Services Specialist

Katie brings a creative precision and heartfelt dedication to her role as Property Inspections & Claims Specialist. Trained as a baker with a culinary arts degree, she pivoted into insurance during the 2020 pandemic—drawn by the chance to continue serving others in a new way.

In her current position, Katie single‑handedly manages all property inspections and supports clients through the claims process. She’s driven by helping people resolve difficult situations and by ensuring every client knows we’re here to guide them every step of the way.

Her proudest achievements aren’t awards on a shelf but the consistent 5‑star reviews she receives—testaments to her compassion, problem‑solving skills, and eagerness to learn that make her an integral part of our team.

Outside of work, Katie is newly married and loves spending time with her husband and family. She recharges by walking her dog—clearing her mind and fueling the empathy and focus she brings back to every client interaction—and loves rooting for the Green Bay Packers alongside her husband.
